Manage the judges on-site

Notify judges
We will create customized judges final reminder emails with their onsite schedule, check-in and access to the list to preview their assigned candidates.

Judges check-in
We will schedule a “Judge Check-in” so they can receive a tutorial and get comfortable with the ballot.

Tablet and ballot
Each judge will receive a Surface tablet with their ballot pre-loaded.

Produce Results
We will verify the accuracy of all judges score and provide the final results to the event organizers.
