Presenter community website
Each ePoster presenter visits the presenter community site 5-6 times!
The presenter community site is a custom page with everything a presenter needs to make the most out of their poster presentation experience. Our sites are individualized by event and are the key to targeted engagement with your direct audience by serving your banner ad.
View two examples:
- The adhesion ad is a 728x90 banner which lays above the fold of the site content. It’s a great position which doesn’t take screen space away from the site.
- The shoutbox ad is a 300x250 rectangle which lays above the fold of the web content. It fits nicely on the bottom left of the page where it won’t block any site content.
- Other options include a skyscraper banner or a static ad that embeds into the site.
ePoster upload website
Each ePoster presenter visits the upload website 2+ times!
Our upload portals are individualized based on each event and enable ePoster presenters to submit their presentation weeks before the event begins. Target your direct audience by serving your banner ad on the page.
ePoster stylus pens
With a pen at every board, all presenters will see them, use them or take them home!
Each ePosterBoard is equipped with a stylus pen used by presenters to easily control the tablet. Customized pens increase brand awareness during the event as well as afterwards when brought home as a keepsake.
Presenter USB drives
All presenters receive a USB gift and a filled bowl will be stationed at the help desk!
ePosterBoards provides USBs 2.0 throughout the duration of the event for presenters and attendees. Customized USBs increase brand awareness during the event as well as afterwards when brought home as a keepsake.
ePoster session info cards
Anyone who stops by our desk with uploads, questions or tech help will be offered a card!
We provide attendees with info cards with a QR tag to our community site where they can see the onsite ePoster information and schedule. These info cards are centrally located at our tech support help desk which gets a lot of foot traffic.
ePoster notification popups
An average of 3 people, per board, per ePoster session will see this popup!
Customizable alerts notify each presenter when their session is starting and ending. Pop ups on the screen with your branding are a great way to get attendee and presenter eyes on your ad.
Custom Popsockets
All presenters receive a Popsocket gift and a filled bowl will be stationed at the help desk!
ePosterBoards can provide Popsockets to presenters and/or event attendees. Customized Popsockets with your logo increase brand awareness during the event as well as afterwards when placed on their phones.
Kiosk menu schedule
Presenters and attendees who select the kiosk schedule button will view your ad!
Each ePosterBoard has a kiosk menu that attendees browse to select the poster they want to view. An added button will bring them to a slide with your logo and a QR code that links to the presenter assignments and session schedule.
