WHAT IS AN EPOSTERBOARD?
ePosterBoards are the future of poster presentations! One board consists of a large format, 48-inch flat panel monitor, a stand, a touchscreen Surface tablet, and assorted cables.

Bring a flash drive with your presentation. Make sure to submit your poster beforehand as a backup in case of technical difficulties.

Find Poster Assignment/Session Schedule
Click on the black button on the left hand side of the screen to an interactive poster assignment sheet. Note the login days and times.
Check In at your assigned date/time
Check-in at the Technical Support Help Desk at 8:00 AM.
As a reminder the session day and time
December 4th – 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Remember to submit your ePoster prior to the event by the deadline.
As a backup bring your flash drive following the Plug & Play Guidelines.
