What can you do on the community page?

OVERview:
As a virtual presenter, you will submit TWO files of your presentation ahead of time for inclusion in the online Poster Gallery.
We encourage you to watch the technical webinar which will give an overview of all relevant information.
You must submit two files of your poster presentation in a PDF and a VIDEO format.
POSTER pdf file instructions:
DEADLINE for ePoster .PDF File upload: July 18th, 2025
SAVE AS: LASTNAME.FIRST NAME (FORMAT IS .PDF)
Submit your poster by July 18th, 2025 and your poster presentation will be accessible starting August 6, 2025.
Your ePoster will be saved as PDF for inclusion in the online Poster Gallery. Interactive features will not be visible on your static PDF. Please ensure that your presentation is easily legible by having fonts at least 28 pts and enlarged graphics/images.
video file instructions:
DEADLINE for video upload: July 28th, 2025
SAVE AS: LASTNAME.FIRSTNAME (FORMAT IS .MP4 OR .MOV)
You will need to record a narration of your poster using PowerPoint or Zoom. See the recording instructions below. Your narration can be an audible voiceover or a video feed of you presenting. In order to include a video feed, you will need to record using Zoom. Please note it must be a 6 minute length video (cut off is 7 minutes). Anything submitted over 7 minutes will be rejected and will need to be re-recorded.

MAKE SURE FONTS ARE READABLE-
SPLIT CONTENT ONTO MULTIPLE SLIDES IF NEEDED
NAME FILE:
LASTNAME.FIRSTNAME
KEEP RECORDINGS TO 6 MINUTES
ENSURE STATIC POSTERS ARE LEGIBLE WHEN PRINTED (NO ANIMATIONS ON TOP OF CONTENT)
SAVE RECORDINGS AS
.MOV OR .MP4
SAVE SLIDES AS .PDF
MAKE SURE VIDEOS HAVE SUFFICIENT RESOLUTION/ QUALITY
