What can you do on the community page?

OVERview:

As a virtual presenter, you will submit ONE file of your presentation ahead of time for inclusion in the online Poster Gallery.

We encourage you to watch the technical webinar which will give an overview of all relevant information.

You must submit ONE file of your poster presentation in a PDF format.

POSTER pdf file instructions:

  • DEADLINE for ePoster .PDF File upload: August 1st, 2025 at 12pm ET. Please note that the link will remain open until 11:59 PM EST for those who may need a bit of extra time. Therefore, we will NOT accept any research posters after the deadline. If you'd like to submit your poster early, submissions will be accepted starting July 28th, 2025.

  • When saving your file, please use the following format: LASTNAME.FIRST NAME and ensure it is saved as a PDF file.

  • Your poster presentation will be available starting Friday, August 8, 2025. As part of your final assignments, you are required to provide feedback to two fellow students via the ePosterBoards Gallery and submit your Post-Program Reflection by 11:59 PM EST via the UGSRP 2025 Portal. 

    Disclaimer: Your ePoster will be saved as PDF for inclusion in the online Poster Gallery. Interactive features will not be visible on your static PDF. Please ensure that your presentation is easily legible by having fonts at least 28 pts and enlarged graphics/images.

Please follow the basic settings below.

MAKE SURE FONTS ARE READABLE-
SPLIT CONTENT ONTO MULTIPLE SLIDES IF NEEDED

NAME FILE:
LASTNAME.FIRSTNAME

SAVE SLIDES AS .PDF

ENSURE STATIC POSTERS ARE LEGIBLE WHEN PRINTED (NO ANIMATIONS ON TOP OF CONTENT)
