Venue:
Michael C. Alfano Commons (sub-level 345 East 24th Street)
The poster session will take place in the sub-level Cafeteria
Judging Schedule:
Check-in 30 minutes before your assigned session
Judges will have 10 minutes with each presenter followed by a 2 min pause before the next presenter
Session 1: 8:30am-10am
Check-In: 8am-8:25am
Session 2: 10:30am-12pm
Check-In: 10am-10:25am
Session 3 : 12:30pm-2pm
Check-In: 12pm-12:25pm
Ballot:
In-Person Access: During the event itself, you will be provided with a tablet to score posters.
Virtual Access: You will also receive early access to a virtual ballot on Monday April 1st at 10am EDT. You can browse posters ahead of time and select preliminary scores. Scores can be updated until the end of the in-person poster sessions.
Technical Webinar
THE PRE-RECORDED WEBINAR WILL BE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR JUDGES TO LEARN TO HOW NAVIGATE ROCKETJUDGE AND TROUBLESHOOT ANY TECH ISSUES BEFORE EVENT DAY.
Judging Info
Judging Steps:
Receive reminder email from ePosterBoards a couple days before ballots are sent out.
Receive email from RocketJudge with the link to your ballot (see top right screenshot). Check your junk folder if you do not see your email. If you still can’t find it, contact kathrynn.phillippe@eposterboards.com for a direct link.
Fill out your ballot using the slider to score each criterion.
10 minute judging sessions will be followed by a 2 minute pause to allow for scoring
Make sure your ballot says ‘100% complete’ at the top. Any changes will be saved automatically (there is no submit button). You can change your scores up until judging closes on April 4 at 2 PM.

Judges Assignment List
Click on the orange button on the right hand side of the screen to an interactive assignment sheet. Note the login days and times.
Check in at your assigned date/time
Check-in at the Technical Support Help Desk 30 minutes before your judging session.
Remember to review your virtual RocketJudge ballot when you receive it on Monday April 1st at 10am EDT.
