WHAT IS AN EPOSTERBOARD?
ePosterBoards are the future of poster presentations! One board consists of a large format, 48-inch flat panel monitor, a stand, a touchscreen Surface tablet, and assorted cables.
ePoster Event Details (Times are in ET)
Date: June 22-25, 2025
Venue: Hilton Downtown Columbus Hotel.
Check In: ePosterBoards help desk will open on Sunday, June 22nd at 12PM ET.
Presentation time: ePoster Sessions are 45 minute time slots. You will be presenting your static(.ppt or .pptx) poster file that will have to be submitted by June 10, 2025.

Font Size: 28 pt or larger
Save file as Lastname.Firstname
Event Agenda (All times in CDT)
Sunday:
Open viewing [kiosks]: 12-4pm
Judging: 8am-3:30pm
Monday:
ePB staff arrival: 7am
Open viewing/breakfast: 7:30am
S1: 9:30-10:30am
S2: 2:45-3:45pm
S3: 4:30-5:30pm
Tuesday:
ePB staff arrival: 7am
Open viewing/breakfast: 7:30am
S4: 9:30-10:30am
S5: 2:45-3:45pm
S6: 4:30-5:30pm
Breakdown: 5:45-7:00pm

1. Choose an ePoster Template
2. Follow Formatting Guidelines to ensure your poster meets the following requirements:
Submit Your File:
1) Your Static Poster, which will be presented live on the day of the event.
3. Ready to Submit?
Posters are due by: June 10, 2025 by 11:59PM CDT

Find Poster Assignment/Session Schedule
Click on the black button on the left hand side of the screen to view an interactive poster assignment sheet. Make a note of your assigned time slot.
Check In at your assigned date/time
Check-in at the Technical Support Help Desk during the time frames below:

During all days of the event, ePB staff will help with last minute poster uploads, provide technical support, and answer any questions related to your Eposterboard.
Remember to submit your ePoster prior to the event by the deadline.
Bring a backup of your ePoster on a thumb drive.
Test your ePoster at your assigned station, if you are having difficulties, please let us know so we can help.
