WHAT IS AN EPOSTERBOARD?
ePosterBoards are the future of poster presentations! One board consists of a large format, 48-inch flat panel monitor, a stand, a touchscreen Surface tablet, and assorted cables.
Event Details (Times are in EDT)
Date: June 24-26, 2025
Venue: Capital Hilton- Congressional and Senate Rooms
Check In: Please go to the ePB Technical Support Desk in the Congressional/Senate room 30 minutes before your presentation.
Presentation time: The Digital Posters will be available June 24-26, at the times listed on the event agenda below; please refer to the email from the National Meeting Poster Chair for your designated poster presentation session day/time. Please note: your poster will be viewable by participants throughout the duration of the National Meeting.
Submission: ePoster Presenters will need to submit the following:
1. Powerpoint(.pptx) of their ePoster for display at the event
2. Poster Recording(.MP4) between 5-7 minutes that walks the audience through the presentation to be displayed on the Online Poster Gallery. The Poster Recording is optional, if a poster recording is not submitted, the Powerpoint will be uploaded as a PDF on the Online Poster Gallery.

Font Size: 28 pt or larger
Save file as Lastname.Firstname
Event Agenda (All times in EDT)
June 25th:
7:15am: Poster Stations will start for the day
7:00pm: Poster Station turn off for the day
June 24th:
7:15am: Poster Stations will start for the day
8:00pm: Poster Station turn off for the day
June 26th:
7:15am: Poster Stations will start for the day
6:30pm: Poster Station turn off for the day

Submit
1. Choose an ePoster Template
2. Follow Formatting Guidelines to ensure your poster meets the following requirements:
Submit Your File:
1) Your Static Poster(.PPTX), which will be presented live on the day of the event.
2) OPTIONAL: Your Video Recording submitted as a (.MP4) to be displayed on the Online Poster Gallery. If you need help creating your video recording please view the video below for instructions to record your presentation on zoom.
3. Ready to Submit?
Posters are due by: June 5, 2025 by 11:59PM EDT

Find Poster Assignment/Session Schedule
Click on the black button on the left hand side of the screen to view an interactive poster assignment sheet. Make a note of your assigned time slot.
Check In at your assigned date/time
Check-in at the Technical Support Help Desk 30 minutes before you present.
During all days of the event, ePB staff will help with last minute poster uploads, provide technical support, and answer any questions related to your Eposterboard.
Remember to submit your ePoster prior to the event by the deadline.
Bring a backup of your ePoster on a thumb drive.
Test your ePoster at your assigned station, if you are having difficulties, please let us know so we can help.
