WHAT IS AN EPOSTERBOARD?
ePosterBoards are the future of poster presentations! One board consists of a large format, 48-inch flat panel monitor, a stand, a touchscreen Surface tablet, and assorted cables.
ePoster Event Details (Times are in CDT)
Date: June 16-18, 2024
Venue: The poster rooms will take place at TBD.
Check In:
Judging Sessions: June 16th at 12:00pm-4:30pm
June 17th-Session 1, 2, 3: 9:15am-4:30pm
June 18th-Session 1, 2, 3: 9:15am-4:00pm
Presentation time: Judging Session is from 12:00pm-4:30pm on June 16th. Sessions on June 17th and 18th are 45 minute time slots. You will be presenting your static(.ppt or .pptx) poster file that will have to be submitted by May 28, 2024.

9:15am-10:00am: Session 1
2:15pm-3:00pm: Session 2
3:45pm-4:30pm: Session 3
June 16th:
11am: Judging Presenter Check In
12:00pm-4:30pm: Judging Sessions
June 18th:
8:00am-9:00am: Presenter Check In
9:15am-10:00am: Session 1
11:00am-11:45am: Session 2

2. Follow Formatting Guidelines to ensure your poster meets the following requirements:
Submit Your File:
1) Your Static Poster, which will be presented live on the day of the event.
3. Ready to Submit?
Posters are due by: May 28, 2024 by 11:59PM EDT

Find Poster Assignment/Session Schedule
Click on the black button on the left hand side of the screen to view an interactive poster assignment sheet. Make a note of your assigned time slot.
Check In at your assigned date/time
Check-in at the Technical Support Help Desk during the time frames below:
Judging Sessions: June 16th: 11am
June 17th-Session 1, 2, 3: 8am-9am
June 18th-Session 1, 2, 3: 8am-9am
During all days of the event, ePB staff will help with last minute poster uploads, provide technical support, and answer any questions related to your Eposterboard.
Remember to submit your ePoster prior to the event by the deadline.
Bring a backup of your ePoster on a thumb drive.
Test your ePoster at your assigned station, if you are having difficulties, please let us know so we can help.
