ePosterBoards are the future of poster presentations! One board consists of a large format, 48-inch flat panel monitor, a stand, a touchscreen Surface tablet, and assorted cables.

Formatting Guidelines
Good VS Bad ePoster
Signs of a Good ePoster:
•Have an attractive slide background/use graphics to catch the eye
•Have the slide size 40.97 by 23.04
•Font size 28 pt or larger
•Use images, graphs or videos to enhance visual learning
•Keep wording concise and as short as possible to maintain the point
•Utilize the features provided on PowerPoint for tablets like the laser pointer or highlighter function
Signs of a Bad ePoster:
•Forgot to check all navigational buttons on your presentation
•Font size too small too read
•Wrong slide size that does not fit the screens.
•Have long paragraphs or a text heavy presentation
•Uses long videos or too many animations that poster fails to load
•Doesn’t follow formatting guidelines above

Please review with the event organizer on how to submit your poster presentation. Make sure to have a back up on a thumb drive and bring to the event to use if needed.

Check In at your assigned date/time
Check-in at the Technical Support Help Desk at least 60 minutes before your poster session.
Remember to submit your ePoster prior to the event by the deadline.
Bring a backup of your ePoster on a thumb drive.
Test your ePoster at your assigned station, if you are having difficulties, please let us know so we can help.
