WHAT IS AN EPOSTERBOARD?
ePosterBoards are the future of poster presentations! One board consists of a large format, 48 inches (1.22 m) flat panel monitor, a stand, a touchscreen Surface tablet, and assorted cables.
ePoster Event Details (Times are in EDT)
Date: May 8-10, 2025
Venue: The ePoster Sessions will take place in New York City.
Submissions: Poster presenters will need to submit two files total:
Static Poster Presentation file (.PDF File)
Interactive Poster Presentation file(.PPTX or .PPT File)
Event Agenda:
Day 1- May 8th:
10:00am-2:00pm- Gallery Viewing
2:00pm-3:45pm- Presenter check in / Kiosk viewing
4:00pm-5:00pm- Poster Tour
Day 2- May 9th:
7:15am-7:45am- Presenter check in
8:00am-9:00am- Poster Tour
4:00pm-5:00pm- Poster Tour
Day 3- May 10th:
8:00am-9:00am- Poster Tour

Important Items to Note:
Landscape Slide Size: Width 40.97" x Height 23.04" or 1.04 m x 0.59 m
Font Size: 28 pt or larger
Save file as Abstract#.Lastname.Firstname.

Submit
1. Choose an ePoster Template
2. Follow Formatting Guidelines to ensure your poster meets the following requirements:
Submit Your File:
1) Your Interactive Poster Presentation(.pptx or .ppt), which will be presented live on the day of the event.
2) A Static Poster (.pdf) version of your poster presentation.
3. Ready to Submit?
Posters are due by: April 3, 2025 by 11:59PM EDT

Find Poster Assignment/Session Schedule
Click on the black button on the left hand side of the screen to view an interactive poster assignment sheet. Make a note of your assigned time slot.
Check In at your assigned date/time
Check-in at the Technical Support Help Desk during one of the time frames below:
May 8th-2:00-3:45pm: Check In at ePB Help Desk
May 9th-7:15-7:45am: Check In at ePB Help Desk
During the event, ePB staff will help with last minute poster uploads, provide technical support, and answer any questions related to your Eposterboard.
Remember to submit your ePoster prior to the event by the deadline.
Bring a backup of your ePoster on a thumb drive.
Test your ePoster at your assigned station, if you are having difficulties, please let us know so we can help.
