WHAT IS AN EPOSTERBOARD?
ePosterBoards are the future of poster presentations! One board consists of a large format, 48 inches (1.22 m) flat panel monitor, a stand, a touchscreen Surface tablet, and assorted cables.

Landscape Slide Size: Width 40.97" x Height 23.04" or 1.04 m x 0.59 m
Font Size: 28 pt or larger
Save file as Abstract#.Lastname.Firstname.

1. Choose an ePoster Template
2. Follow Formatting Guidelines to ensure your poster meets the following requirements:
Submit Your File: Your Interactive Poster Presentation(.pptx or .ppt), which will be presented live on the day of the event.
3. Ready to Submit?
Posters are due by: May 7th, 2025 by 11:59PM EDT

Find Poster Assignment/Session Schedule
Click on the black button on the left hand side of the screen to view an interactive poster assignment sheet. Make a note of your assigned time slot.
ePosterBoards Technical Support Onsite
During the event, ePB staff will help with last minute poster uploads, provide technical support, and answer any questions related to your ePosterboard.
Remember to submit your ePoster prior to the event by the deadline.
Bring a backup of your ePoster on a thumb drive.
Test your ePoster at your assigned station, if you are having difficulties, please let us know so we can help.
