Judging Schedule:

Session 1/Session 2: 1:00-1:45PM
Session 3/Session 4: 3:35-4:05PM
Judges will have 8 minutes with each presenter followed by a 2 min pause before the next presenter
Presentation times: 2:00-6:00PM
Session #1: 2:00-2:50PM
Session #2: 3:05-3:55PM
Session #3: 4:10-5:00PM
Session #4: 5:15-6:05PM
Ballot:
In-Person Access: During the event itself, you will be provided with a tablet to score posters.

THE PRE-RECORDED WEBINAR WILL BE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR JUDGES TO LEARN TO HOW NAVIGATE ROCKETJUDGE AND TROUBLESHOOT ANY TECH ISSUES BEFORE EVENT DAY.

Judging Steps:
Check In at ePB Help Desk during the following time frames:
Session 1/Session 2: 1:00-1:45PM
Session 3/Session 4: 3:35-4:05PM
Fill out your ballot using the slider to score each criterion.
8 minute judging sessions will be followed by a 2 minute pause to allow for scoring
Make sure your ballot says ‘100% complete’ at the top. Any changes will be saved automatically (there is no submit button). You can change your scores up until judging closes on May 14th at 6:05 PM.
