What is an ePosterBoard?
An ePosterBoard is a digital platform used to display and share electronic posters for academic, professional, or marketing purposes. It allows users to present information visually with images, text, charts, and multimedia elements, making it easier to communicate complex ideas effectively. ePosterBoards are commonly used in conferences, educational settings, and business presentations to replace traditional printed posters, offering enhanced interactivity, accessibility, and environmental benefits.

Make sure to submit your ePoster file by September 25th- 11:59PM ET
Bring a flash drive with your presentation file as a backup in case of technical difficulties.

Find Poster Assignment/Session Schedule
Click on the black button on the right hand side of the screen to see an interactive poster assignment sheet. Note the login days and times.
Prepare
Check-in at the ePosterBoards Technical Support Help Desk one hour before your assigned ePoster session to be directed to your ePosterBoard or to make any last minute updates to your file.
As a reminder the event days are: October 23-26, 2025

Remember to submit your ePoster file prior to the event by September 25th- 11:59PM ET
Bring your backup ePoster file in a flash drive, following the Plug & Play Guidelines.
Test your ePoster at your assigned station, if you are having difficulties, find us at our onsite ePoster Technical Support Help Desk located next to the ePosterBoards.
