OVERVIEW:
Oral Judges will need to check in between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM on Thursday, Oct 15, in the Hiebert Lounge
Oral Presentations will take place in Room L110, from 8:15 AM - 9:15 AM
Session 1 Poster Judges will need to check in between 8:30 AM and 9:15 AM on Thursday, Oct 19, in the Hiebert Lounge
Poster Session begins at 9:30 AM
Session 2 Poster Judges will need to check in between 10:15 AM and 11:00 AM on Thursday, Oct 19, in the Hiebert Lounge
Poster Session begins at 11:15 AM
You can update scores on your ballot up until Oct 19, at 1:00 PM. At that point, ballots will automatically be finalized.

Judging Criteria
Abstracts will be judged on the quality of the following aspects with a score of 1-10 with 10 being the best:
Abstract Judging Guidelines
Objective
Methods
Results
Conclusions

On July 30th, 2026 at 10:00 AM EDT, you will receive an email with a link to your virtual ballot and Abstract Gallery.
Abstract will be available to view or download in the Judges Online Abstract Gallery.
Below is a screen recording of an example ballot.
Click on a presenter’s name to expand that part of the ballot.
Below each criterion, click anywhere in the white bar to select a score. Click again to update your score.
Scores will automatically be updated. There is no need for a “submit” button.
Scores will be finalized on August 7th, 2026 at 4:00pm EDT.
