Attendees will move from the Lobby to the Career Fair Exhibit Hall at 12:15pm
Exhibitors should arrive into the Exhibit Hall by 11:15am to verify board content is properly formatted

What do I need to know about the virtual platform?
The virtual platform is a two-dimensional conference center
Your icon shows where you are currently located
Each table hosts a distinct video chat
Double click an empty chair to join a new table
In the Exhibit Hall you will be assigned a table
Each table has a whiteboard on which you can display slides or handouts

We advise against VPNs or strict firewalls as they may impact functionality
Prepare
Registration
Register for Event
Click the button above.
Create an account with your email, name, and a password.
You can edit your profile to include a picture and a bio.
If you forgot your password to a pre-existing account, reset your password and attempt registering again.
Attend a Test Session
Familiarize yourself with our virtual platform by attending a test session at one of the following times:
May 1st @ 12:00-12:30pm EDT
May 7th @ 4:30-5:00pm EDT
We can anticipate and resolve any technical issues at the test session.
Upload Exhibit Content
Your assigned table has a whiteboard feature
Pre-submit any slides, handouts, or graphics so we can preload your whiteboard
Upload slides or handouts before April 30th by 11:59PM EDT

Exhibitor Check-In
Enter the virtual event about 45 minutes prior to the Opening Remarks.
You can enter the Career Fair Exhibit Hall directly
Visit the Help Desk to check-in
We will review session details and ensure whiteboards are ready

You will login on the registration page. If you have not already registered, use your email to create an account.
The Career Fair Exhibit Hall will open approximately 45 minutes prior to the start of the Opening Remarks.
