Prepare
Please check in at the ePosterBoards Technical Support Help Desk at your designated time. Our team will guide you to your assigned ePosterBoard station and assist with any last-minute file updates.
Important Dates

Bring a backup copy of your ePoster on a USB flash drive, prepared according to our Plug & Play Guidelines.
After checking in, we recommend testing your ePoster at your assigned station. If you encounter any technical issues, visit our onsite Technical Support Help Desk, located next to the ePosterBoards.
