A graduate from the Boston University School of Hospitality Management with a degree in finance and marketing, Kathrynn Phillippe has had experience in the hotel and technology industries. She serves as the Chief Operating Officer, with a key role in business management and customer service related to meeting scheduling and arrangements, contracting and billing, and coordination with meeting venues.

A former Miami resident, Edwardo Chacon moved back to Boston and joined the ePosterBoards team as the Event UX Manager. With a background in experiential & brand marketing, Edwardo leads efforts to enhance user engagement thru trendy-tech savvy practices that help facilitate knowledge & experience. When not at an event, Edwardo likes to collect & mix music and travel to foreign destinations.
chase J. cloutier: Assistant Event project Manager
An alumnus of Boston College, Chase has coordinated graduate academic seminars at a nonprofit think tank. He has also facilitated educational encounters as a university instructor and museum docent. As Assistant Event Project Manager, Chase provides turnkey event planning and hospitality. He enjoys choral music, sweet tea, and J.R.R. Tolkien.
Virginia SAurer: Assistant Customer Success Manager
As a Computer Science graduate from Carleton University, Virginia Saurer has had various IT technical positions in Operations and Sales. Her operational support, administrative, lead generation and project management skills have given her insight into the IT Technical and Software industry. These skills play an important role in her responsibilities as Assistant Customer Success Manager at ePosterBoards. Her work in office administration finds her organizing schedules and supporting our customers with their event quotations, contracts, and invoices. Additional duties include project management and providing IT support for the ePosterBoards Virtual Platform.

hicham alaoui: Operations Coordinator
Hicham has a wide array of Hospitality and Service industry experience in the U.S as well as Europe and his native country of Morocco. Hicham has been working with ePosterBoards for the past 3.5 years on the operations side of the company. He has contributed to keeping the electronic equipment maintained, warehouse organized and assisting with logistics planning. He works both on the onsite and virtual events with providing technical support and assisting with presenter content review. In his free time, he enjoys working out and traveling.
Franshesca Castoria:
Event + UX Project Coordinator
After achieving her Bachelor’s in Business Management in New York, Fran moved to Boston to continue her studies at Northeastern. While at Northeastern, Fran pursued a degree in Digital Media, which helped sharpen her skills in technical support and user experience. Her experience has helped ePosterBoards to provide custom floor maps tailored to each client's specification and to create a positive user friendly experience. Outside of work, Fran enjoys listening to music and trying out new food!
Kaitlyn Tambasco:
Event and Communications associate
Kaitlyn Tambasco is a graduate of the Magazine, News and Online Journalism master's program from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. Previously, she attended Utica University (College), where she obtained bachelor's degrees in both Communication and Media, and Criminal Justice. Even though Kaitlyn is a journalist at heart, she is excited to serve client needs in event planning. When Kaitlyn is not working, she enjoys traveling to the ocean, trying out new coffee shops, and binging reality television.
