KATHRYNN PHILLIPPE: Director of Business Operations

A graduate from the Boston University School of Hospitality Management with a degree in finance and marketing, Ms. Kathrynn Phillippe has had experience in the hotel and technology industries. She serves as the Vice-President for Marketing and Operations, with a key role in business management and customer service related to meeting scheduling and arrangements, contracting and billing, and coordination with meeting venues.

Andrea Moya: Marketing and Event Manager

As a Marketing & Events Manager, Andrea draws on a host of diverse skills and experience.  With her BS in marketing from Bentley University, she brings her organic inbound digital marketing skills to the overall branding of ePosterBoards . Her passion for event planning plays a vital role in managing local and national events. Andrea's key focus is to help organizers develop the most efficient plans for their ePosterBoard rentals, built on a clear understanding of their goals. She is uniquely positioned to bring value and support to a wide variety of ePoster events, across multiple client industries.

 

Kelly Hedgecock- Event Project Coordinator

Hailing from the West Coast, Kelly is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo where she studied event planning and management. She has experience coordinating and managing a variety of event types in settings such as a yacht club, advertising agency and the famous Madonna Inn hotel. At ePosterboards, Kelly coordinates many crucial event details including event logistics, poster content, and travel arrangements.

 

Taylor Scheps- Event Project Coordinator

Taylor is one of our event project coordinators. She is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a degree in communication. She brings a wide variety of skills from her experience as an event planner for a non-profit to an office coordinator for a tech startup. With a passion for all things event related, you will see her from the planning stage to the event itself. She is here to make sure everything goes off without a hitch!

Mike Elliott: Event Operations Manager

Mike came to ePosterBoards from GW University in Washington, DC, where he managed facility operations and events for the Athletic Department’s main complex after graduating from GW in 2012. In his career, he has managed over 1500 events of all types, including conferences, receptions, guest speakers, graduation/commencement ceremonies, trade-shows, career and school fairs, comedy shows, concerts, NCAA Div. I intercollegiate competition in multiple sports, and championship tournaments. At ePosterBoards, his role is to manage the operations team responsible for our inventory management, event planning and execution, equipment transportation logistics, and staff recruitment and training.

 

Chase J. Cloutier- Event Technician & Computer Support Specialist

Mr. Chase J. Cloutier is an Event Technician and Computer Support Specialist who works with clients in preparation for and during events to ensure high quality performance of IT assets. Chase decided to work at ePosterBoards because he knows that the academic inquiry fostered at our events kindles curiosity in the pursuit of knowledge. Chase has garnered experience in a variety of educational organizations through non-profit administrative coordination and teaching high school in a technology-rich classroom. As he facilitates technology deployment at ePosterBoards events, Chase is also pursuing a Masters in the humanities at Boston College.
