KATHRYNN PHILLIPPE: Director of Business Operations
A graduate from the Boston University School of Hospitality Management with a degree in finance and marketing, Ms. Kathrynn Phillippe has had experience in the hotel and technology industries. She serves as the Vice-President for Marketing and Operations, with a key role in business management and customer service related to meeting scheduling and arrangements, contracting and billing, and coordination with meeting venues.

Andrea Moya: Marketing and Event Manager
As a Marketing & Events Manager, Andrea draws on a host of diverse skills and experience. With her BS in marketing from Bentley University, she brings her organic inbound digital marketing skills to the overall branding of ePosterBoards . Her passion for event planning plays a vital role in managing local and national events. Andrea's key focus is to help organizers develop the most efficient plans for their ePosterBoard rentals, built on a clear understanding of their goals. She is uniquely positioned to bring value and support to a wide variety of ePoster events, across multiple client industries.
Kelsie Pace: Marketing and Event Coordinator
Kelsie is a recent grad of Lasell College with a B.S in Event Management and a minor in Business. She was the 2017 Event Management book award recipient, which is awarded to one student in each major of whom embodies the Lasell moto, and consistently pursues the greatest version of themselves. After 4 years of prior event experience, Kelsie now serves as our Marketing and Event Coordinator handling on and off site event logistics and marketing responsibilities.
Olivia Teneus: Business Operations Administrative Assistant
Olivia Teneus is the Administrative Assistant, working alongside the Business Manager. Olivia is currently pursuing a MBA at Lasell College. As an Administrative Assistant, her duties include assisting the Business Manager with client follow-ups before and after conferences. Olivia creates and implement marketing & sales growth strategies. Also attend ePosterBoards events to assist with on-site operations [technical support, setup, event management], sales demos, creation of video testimonials and networking.
Mike Elliott: Event Operations Manager
Mike came to ePosterBoards from GW University in Washington, DC, where he managed facility operations and events for the Athletic Department’s main complex after graduating from GW in 2012. In his career, he has managed over 1500 events of all types, including conferences, receptions, guest speakers, graduation/commencement ceremonies, trade-shows, career and school fairs, comedy shows, concerts, NCAA Div. I intercollegiate competition in multiple sports, and championship tournaments. At ePosterBoards, his role is to manage the operations team responsible for our inventory management, event planning and execution, equipment transportation logistics, and staff recruitment and training.
Mitchell Abela: AV Event Technician
Mitchell began his career with ePosterBoards as a setup crew member. After showing great dedication and efficiency in his work, he was brought on as a full time Event Technician. Mitch is a recent grad with an Associate’s degree in Audio Production from the Art Institutes. He brings his event production skills from numerous stagehand gigs including Boston Calling, Nicky Jam, Twenty-one Pilots, and more! He plays a vital role in leading the setup crew as Crew Chief and maintaining our hardware equipment to peak performance.
Andrew Vanasse: AV Event Technician
As an Audio/Visual Technician, Andrew assures that all our equipment and software is in perfect shape before it travels to any event. Andrew’s extensive experience in technical repair for televisions, computers and hardware plays a pivotal role in ePosterBoard’s technical support and Operations maintenance. His strong background in electronics complemented by his Music & Sound Recording degree, from the University of New Haven, enables him to bring a cutting edge technology experience to any task presented to him.
